1/1/2024 This announcement is to inform the owners/residents of Westbury Village that our Condo Board will only have three (3) Officers going forward this year. We have eliminated the VP position and now there are only the offices of President, Secretary, and Treasurer with an additional two Members sitting on the Board, all of which can be viewed here.
We would like to form a pool committee for the upcoming summer pool season. This committee would oversee the pool area ensuring cleanliness and oversight of individuals using the pool area. If we could get 4 or 5 members to rotate days, that would be great. The pool is becoming an area of concern due to negligence of users and not following Westbury pool rules. The committee members would NOT need to be at the pool at all times. They would just need to check in on it daily. More info will be given once we can get some volunteers to form this committee. If interested, please email John Morway at john@condocolumbus.com
Effective April 12, 2023 the following changes are being made to the Owner Handbook of the Association. Click Here to Read.
Please Pick Up After Your Pet
It doesn't take much to remember that we have pets in our community. In fact, if you don't watch your step, you’re liable to step in one such reminder! Besides being unsightly and smelly, animal waste can be hazardous to the health of our children who play in the community and other pets. One of the most common forms of disease transmission between dogs is through fecal matter. When walking your dog in our community, remember that it should be leashed. Also, it is important to remember to immediately clean up after your pet. Take along a baggie with you to pick up waste with and then dispose of it properly. By taking a few simple steps to clean up after your pet, you can contribute not only to the beautification of our community, but also towards the elimination of one of the most irritating nuisances in our community.
Thank you for your cooperation!
Owners are welcome and encouraged to attend our Monthly Board Meeting on the 2nd Monday of every other month at 6pm in the Clubhouse.
This is an opportunity for you, the owner, to meet the Board members and discuss Community Issues you feel need addressed.
We hope to see you in the Clubhouse at the next Board Meeting.
Fill out this form (to rent the clubhouse) and send it along with $75 to:
Condo Management of Columbus

Of Note: When leaving the pool area, please return all furniture to the way it was found and dispose of all trash. Everyone needs to help in keeping the pool area clean.
There is no smoking or alcohol allowed in the pool area. (Read pool rules here and updated rules here) This is a family friendly environment and we want everyone to be able to enjoy it.

"Please pass the word along to the rest of the folks in Westbury that we're seeing an increase is motor vehicle thefts in the area. Eagle Crest, Autumn Village, and Hardesty have all been hit recently. I would advise people to use their garages if at all possible, lock up, and keep their key fobs well away from their vehicles when not in use if they have keyless start. The biggest issue we're seeing is people warming up their vehicles in the morning and leaving them running while they are inside. I know nobody likes getting into a cold car in the morning, but I'd advise against leaving vehicles running when not in them. We're seeing more morning/evening activity than overnight thefts, but it pays to try to take some precautions at all hours."

This announcement shouldn't be necessary and it is sad that it has come to this, but, since a few tenants/owners aren't following our stated rules, then consequences must follow. And the towing of your car is that consequence.
Furthermore, to those of you who harass our owners/tenants that are following the parking rules below, our tolerance of this harassing behavior has come to an abrupt end! THIS IS FAIR WARNING! The community rules and regulations can be read by clicking on that link. Know this, your ignorance of our community's approved rules will not be your best defense going forward. So, please READ, UNDERSTAND, and ABIDE by what is stated below:
"Vehicles parked in common parking areas must be moved at least every 24 hours. Vehicles parked in excess of 24 hours are subject to tow. If you have a vehicle that is not driven frequently, this vehicle should be stored in your garage or driveway. Be courteous and do not consider any common space as a personal space. Resident and guests may park in any area that is designated RESIDENT/GUEST PARKING as long as that vehicle is moved every 24-hour period (no long-term parking). Each unit owner has two designated parking spaces: (1) the unit designated garage space; and (2) as well as the surface area directly behind the garage. Not only will stacking of vehicles be disallowed, but any vehicle parked in a manner that has the vehicle taking up more than one space at one time, will be towed immediately. All other spaces are for general parking needs by residents and guests."
